二、项目建设理由和条件：中国北车集团投资建设海峡轨道交通客车项目，达产后可建造300辆轨道车辆，厂修城轨车辆500辆、架修城轨列车车辆80列。为了打造轨道交通产业链，为轨道交通配套企业创立良好的发展环境，我区规划了绿色智能交通产业基地，具有很好的发展前景。

一、项目内容及建设规模及选址：项目建设双金属微细复合导线生产线20条、双金属复合导线生产线20条及多金属复合导线生产线60条，设计生产规模为年产各种规格多金属复合导线产品5.4万吨。
二、项目建设理由和条件：该项目技术引进大连科尔奇、大连昌兴公司拥有的多金属复合导线专利技术，该技术能够有效地将多种金属资源联系在一起，在减少稀缺资源使用量、减轻单位长度线材重量、降低生产成本的同时，实现了多种双金属材料的优势互补。该项目已获得15项多金属复合导线的技术专利。
三、项目总投资：360545万元。合作方式：独资、合资、合作。
